Effective Date: 12/26/25 These Terms govern access to and use of the AGICOMPLY platform (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Preview Status AGICOMPLY may make the Services available in limited preview. Preview access may change as we harden features and controls. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, preview access is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued.
2) Customer Content You may upload documents, evidence files, and related text (“Customer Content”) to operate the Services. You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant AGICOMPLY a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Services and to maintain and improve reliability and security of the platform in an operationally necessary manner.
3) Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content you do not have rights to provide.
4) Security and Access Controls AGICOMPLY enforces authenticated access and tenant segregation controls designed to restrict Customer Content to authorized users within the same organization.
5) Third-Party Services The Services rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers (see Sub-processors). Certain features may process extracted text using third-party AI/embedding providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
