No engagement or payment formed by a request
Submitting a founder triage, reviewability check, or Baseline fit request does not create an engagement or payment obligation. Scope, evidence population, deliverables, responsibilities, payment, confidentiality, ownership, retention, and other binding terms require a separate agreement accepted by the parties.
Reviewer Evidence Check
The $750 fixed-scope Reviewer Evidence Check covers one AI system, one active review context, and up to five redacted or otherwise approved artifacts. Delivery is within three business days after complete intake. The output identifies likely reviewer questions, the supportable evidence position, material gaps, and the three corrective actions to take first.
The full $750 fee is credited to a $3,500 ATO Readiness Baseline begun within 30 calendar days. The accepted customer-specific agreement will state the refund standard, including the condition that the complete agreed evidence set produces no material or actionable evidence gap, together with applicable exclusions and customer responsibilities.
ATO Readiness Baseline
The $3,500 fixed-scope ATO Readiness Baseline is the complete engagement. It is a bounded, point-in-time assessment for one defined AI system and agreed review context. The Baseline produces an Evidence Inventory, Mapping Summary, Gap Register, Ordered Remediation Plan, and Chain-of-Custody Statement.
The Baseline assesses supplied evidence and the relationships that can be supported within the accepted review boundary. AGICOMPLY does not issue an Authorization to Operate, certify compliance, provide legal advice, or guarantee a procurement or authorization outcome.
Previously accepted commercial terms
Older website descriptions or previously offered assessment programs do not create a current public offer. Any engagement that was separately accepted before these terms became effective remains governed by its applicable accepted agreement, including any payment, credit, refund, scope, or delivery provisions stated there.
Restricted data and acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit evidence or restricted data through a public form. The Data-Handling and Restricted-Data Standard identifies prohibited categories and the standard intake boundary.
