The review problem
An organization may have policies, controls, and collected evidence while a reviewer still cannot see which artifact supports a specific requirement for the AI system under review. AGICOMPLY turns the supplied record into a bounded evidence position: what supports the requirement, where it came from, what is missing, and how the mapping was reached.
The review determines the applicable requirements. AGICOMPLY does not select a framework solely because a system uses AI, and it does not replace the broader compliance program.
How the review works
- Define the review. Identify the AI system, review driver, applicable requirements, and approved evidence population.
- Inventory the evidence. Record each supplied artifact, its source, owner, date, and content identity.
- Map and verify. Propose evidence-to-requirement relationships and preserve human acceptance, rejection, or qualification.
- Register gaps. Show which requirements lack current, relevant, or sufficiently supported evidence.
- Package the record. Deliver the mapping, gap register, remediation sequence, and chain-of-custody statement for examination.
Content hashes, append-only review records, version-aware scope, and stored decision paths support traceability. Candidate mapping helps organize the work; a human verifies which evidence relationships belong in the package and records their limitations.
