Privacy Policy Effective Date: 12/26/25 This Privacy Policy describes how AGICOMPLY processes information to provide the Services.
1) Information We Process- Account Data: name, email, organization, authentication identifiers.- Customer Content: documents and files you upload, extracted text, and related metadata.- Usage Data: event and access records generated by use of the Services.
2) How We Use Information We process information to:- Provide platform functionality (evidence upload, mapping, reporting).- Maintain security, tenant segregation, and operational integrity.- Troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.
3) AI / Embeddings Processing (Important)When you upload a document, the Service may extract text and generate embeddings to enable search, mapping, or analysis features. Depending on configuration, extracted text may be transmitted to third-party AI/embedding service providers to perform embedding generation. If your organization requires that no extracted document text be sent to third-party providers, request an “external embeddings disabled” configuration before uploading restricted content.
4) Data Sharing We do not sell personal data. We share information only with vetted service providers used to operate the Services (see Sub-processors) or as required by law.
5) Retention We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legitimate operational and security requirements, unless a different retention period is agreed in a customer agreement.
6) Security We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls and tenant segregation.

Apollo.io: contact enrichment and visitor tracking
Vercel Analytics: site performance monitoring
Stripe: payment processing
Supabase: database and authentication.
