Information processed
The AI Evidence Reviewability Check processes contact details, organization and role information, one AI-system description, review context, target date, and self-reported evidence condition to return an on-screen result. AGICOMPLY does not intentionally persist those diagnostic answers as a commercial opportunity unless the visitor submits a subsequent written request.
Baseline Fit, Evidence Gap Assessment, and Agency Program requests collect the business contact and scoping information needed to evaluate fit, prepare written scope, and administer the selected commercial path.
Purpose
Information is used to return the requested on-screen result, assess engagement fit, respond to a written request, confirm scope, administer payment or invoicing, protect the service, maintain commercial records, and deliver an accepted engagement.
Provider and workflow boundaries
The marketing site is hosted by Vercel. Governed assessment and program requests are relayed to the AGICOMPLY application and stored in service-role-only opportunity records backed by Supabase. The assessment-request payload is not forwarded through a third-party email provider. Existing Baseline Fit confirmation email may use Resend when configured. Stripe processes payment and invoice details. Additional information appears on the Subprocessors page.
Restricted data
Public forms are not evidence-intake channels. Do not submit evidence, credentials, secrets, regulated data, restricted government information, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information through a public form. The current standard boundaries are stated in the Data-Handling and Restricted-Data Standard.
Retention and requests
Diagnostic answers, pre-engagement contact records, accepted engagement evidence, manifests, audit records, and business records follow different retention rules. The current schedule and deletion boundaries are stated in the Data-Handling and Restricted-Data Standard. Changes
This notice may be revised as the website, service-provider configuration, commercial workflows, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
