Sub-processors Effective Date: 12/27/25 AGICOMPLY uses the sub-processors below to operate the Services. We may update this list as our infrastructure evolves.
1) Infrastructure / Hosting- Vercel — application hosting
2) Database / Storage- Supabase — Postgres database and object storage
3) Payments- Stripe — billing and checkout
4) AI / Embeddings (only when enabled by configuration)- OpenAI — embeddings generation- xAI — embeddings generation
Important: External embeddings can be disabled by configuration. When external embeddings are disabled, extracted document text is not transmitted to third-party AI/embedding providers for embeddings generation.
