FAQ’s

Need something cleared up? Here are our most frequently asked questions.
Do you give legal advice?
No. AGICOMPLY produces procurement-grade evidence artifacts — deterministic control mappings, chain-of-custody logs, and gap registers — that support your legal and compliance team's review process. We don't interpret law or issue legal opinions. Our outputs are designed to be reviewed independently, without vendor mediation.
What size companies do you work with?
We work with federal contractors, regulated enterprises, and AI-deploying organizations preparing for procurement review, ATO, or security assessment. Engagements start at the ATO Readiness Baseline — a fixed-scope, fixed-price package suited to organizations deploying AI systems in regulated or high-scrutiny contexts.
How much does a typical engagement cost?
The ATO Readiness Baseline is $3,500. It produces five procurement-grade artifacts: Evidence Inventory, Deterministic Mapping Summary, Gap Register, Ordered Remediation Plan, and Chain-of-Custody Statement — mapped to NIST AI RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and OMB M-25-21. Larger scopes, custom framework coverage, and ongoing evidence maintenance are quoted separately.
Can you work with our existing security or compliance team?
Yes. AGICOMPLY functions as an evidence infrastructure layer, not a replacement for your GRC or compliance function. Our artifacts are designed to plug into existing review workflows — they're portable, independently verifiable, and don't require access to our platform to audit. We can coordinate with your legal, security, or procurement team directly.
